By placing an order with Pretty Berry Jewellery, you agree to these terms.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).Full payment is required before orders are processed.Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout.We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If this happens, a full refund will be issued.Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose rings and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Pretty Berry Jewellery.

We ship nationwide within South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect a PUDO parcel, additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
