All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).Full payment is required before orders are processed.Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout.We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Returns or replacements are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose rings and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Pretty Berry Jewellery.
